NOVO CSV’s  Product Returns Processing department offers clients the opportunity to provide a seamless returns function for your customers that meets national consumer policy and any additional returns policy principles that you may have in place. 

We have the ability to handle returns direct from individual customers, or in bulk by the pallet or truck load, either directly from a client or their respective customers warehouse.

From power tools to toys, lawn mowers to steam irons, we have the ability to handle product returns on your behalf.

Once returned items are received on-site a full inventory of returns is generated and reports provided according to the manufacturers or retailers requirements.  Returns are assessed via our thorough quality control system, inspected and findings recorded.

Depending upon the process selected by the retailer or manufacturer, the item will pass through out workshop for repair, refurbishments service to make resalable, repackaging service or end of life service.
