From lawn mower repairs to hair straighteners, NOVO CSV's Customer Service Counter offers clients the opportunity to provide a personal touch to their customers.  End users who are either locally based customers or those that prefer a conversation face-to-face, may join us on site to process their returns, repairs or purchase spares and accessories over the counter. 

As a national service centre, we are a client-facing organisation with premises to visit in order to conduct business and even offer customers the chance to see the process in action. If the Customer Service Counter is a facility you'd like to offer involves the customers physically taking their faulty appliance to a local repairer, we have the customer friendly facilities to conduct this here on-site.
