Our dedicated Call Centre and Technical Support teams are based in our West Midlands facility. 

These dedicated Call Centre and Technical Support teams manage the inbound customer service aspect of the business, being the first point of contact for all clients.  

Novo's Call Centre  team conduct enquiries and provide solutions for customers and clients alike regarding product and service queries, courier arrangements, order and work-in-progress reports. 

Our Technical Support team also offer a callback service for technical questions, providing friendly advice from our fully qualified and vastly experienced engineers.

The Call Centre and Technical Support teams deal directly with customers over the telephone on our clients' behalf or, if it's preferred, calls can be transferred or diverted to us via our tailor-made contact system.  This gives a seamless, single point of contact for the end user, allowing for a quicker resolution to problems.  There is also an email facility and enquiry form facility allowing  customers to have the opportunity to communicate in writing.
